Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for receiving service calls from customers and assigning a field technician to the case. You will help with all aspects of customer service, while presenting a professional and positive impression. You will be expected to make some independent decisions in prioritizing customer requests.
Essential Activities:
- Achieve and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Receive incoming customer service calls and complaints
- To handle all calls in a manner in which resolutions will best be achieved
- To assign technicians to calls based on territory, proximity, and priority
- To schedule technicians for tasks other than service calls such as helping with installations and inspections at major accounts
- To assist customers directly or indirectly with issues that may not be service related
- To assist the service manager with various reports- some on a daily basis
- To practice total customer care
