About the Ricoh Circle of Excellence
There are hundreds of Ricoh dealers nationwide that are evaluated by Ricoh. To receive the Ricoh Circle of excellence, they must go above and beyond in their customer support and service in accordance with Ricoh’s standards and guidelines. Ricoh requires the dealer’s service technicians to undergo rigorous tests to evaluate the breadth of their experience in service, qualifications, and skills in order to receive the Prestige level certification. Dealers must also show dedication to providing the attributes listed above, in which Duplicating Products excelled.
